These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Easy Peasy Coach ("Coach", "we", "us"), a business based in Florida, USA, and any person ("Client", "you") who books, pays for, or receives coaching services.

By booking and paying for a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full as the legally binding basis of the coaching relationship. These Terms, together with the Coaching Disclaimer, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between the parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and another document, these Terms prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Coaching services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Easy Peasy Coach provides life coaching exclusively online via video call. All sessions take place on the date and time agreed at booking. There are no in-person meetings.

Available session formats: 60-minute single session, 90-minute single session, 5-session package (five 60-minute sessions). Easy Peasy Coach reserves the right to modify its service offerings at any time, without affecting already confirmed bookings.

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or any other health service. Easy Peasy Coach does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or treat mental health disorders. Full details on the scope and limits of coaching are in the Coaching Disclaimer.

A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. Selecting a time slot without completing payment does not reserve your spot.

You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including your time zone and contact details. Easy Peasy Coach is not liable for missed sessions resulting from incorrect time zone information provided by the client.

Easy Peasy Coach reserves the right to decline any booking without providing a reason. In that case, full payment will be refunded.

All sessions are paid in full in advance at the time of booking. Payments are accepted via bank transfer (Wise). Prices are quoted in USD, EUR, CHF, and CAD.

Easy Peasy Coach is not responsible for bank fees, exchange rate losses, or transfer delays caused by your bank or payment provider. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Easy Peasy Coach reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect already confirmed and paid bookings.

Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the Easy Peasy Coach Cancellation & Refund Policy. Summary: cancellation 48+ hours before → credit toward a future session (no expiry, non-transferable). Cancellation less than 48 hours before → fee forfeited in full. Rescheduling 48+ hours before → free of charge. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before → not possible. No-show without notice → fee forfeited in full.

No cash refunds are issued, except in the cases expressly stated in the Cancellation & Refund Policy or where Easy Peasy Coach declines a confirmed booking.

In the rare event that Easy Peasy Coach must cancel a confirmed session, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge. This is the sole remedy available in that case.

The 5-session package includes five 60-minute sessions, which must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Unused sessions after this period expire without entitlement to a refund or extension.

Each session in the package is subject to the same cancellation rules as individual sessions. The package is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person. The package cannot be redeemed for cash.

Easy Peasy Coach is committed to a respectful, professional interaction and expects the same from clients. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior is not tolerated.

Easy Peasy Coach reserves the right to end a session immediately and terminate the coaching relationship if a client behaves inappropriately. In that case, the session fee is forfeited without entitlement to a refund or credit.

Easy Peasy Coach treats all information you share in sessions with full discretion. Sessions are not recorded without your explicit prior consent.

Easy Peasy Coach may be legally required to disclose information if there is a credible risk of harm to yourself or others. In that situation, appropriate authorities or services may be contacted.

The processing of your personal data is governed by the Easy Peasy Coach Privacy Policy, available at easypeasycoach.com/privacy.

Easy Peasy Coach does not provide ongoing support, crisis response, or coaching between scheduled sessions via email, messaging, or any other channel. Coaching conversations take place exclusively during booked sessions.

Sessions are conducted via third-party video platforms (such as Zoom or Google Meet). Easy Peasy Coach is not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, or data security practices of those platforms. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, suitable environment for your sessions.

If a session is interrupted due to a technical failure on either side, Easy Peasy Coach will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or complete the session.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Peasy Coach's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to coaching services shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the specific session or sessions giving rise to the claim.

Easy Peasy Coach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or any other damages arising from or related to the coaching relationship, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Coaching outcomes depend on your own engagement, honesty, and effort. Easy Peasy Coach makes no guarantees of specific results, timelines, or outcomes.

All materials, frameworks, worksheets, exercises, and content provided by Easy Peasy Coach — whether shared during sessions, via email, or through any other channel — are the intellectual property of Easy Peasy Coach.

You may use these materials for your own personal development only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or share them with third parties without prior written permission from Easy Peasy Coach.

Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time. You may stop booking at any time; the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to already paid sessions.

Easy Peasy Coach may end the relationship at any time without providing a reason. In that case, all unused, already paid sessions will be fully refunded. Where termination is due to a breach of these Terms by the client, the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.

Easy Peasy Coach reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published at easypeasycoach.com/terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of coaching services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and any coaching relationship governed by them are subject to the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved under Florida law.
